Dr. Stancliff is so amazing, patient and great with her furry clients, she makes sure to accommodate to my nervous cat. Gabi, one of the veterinary assistants is extremely knowledgeable and patient as well. She is bilingual and helps me translate difficult words to my mom. Mara at the front desk is incredibly kind and patient and makes the experience as non-stressful as possible. I will definitely continue to attend this practice for my pets! Everyone in the practice gives your pet extra love for their troubles!
Staff is absolutely amazing, Doctor is very kind and listens to every thing. Makes the pets feel comfortable and takes time to give proper care. Understands people’s finances and is upfront about cost and care. Highly recommend this place to anyone seeking care for their pets. I’d give more stars if I could .
I am sure the staff at Whole Health are wonderful people, but I never got to meet them. After I made, and then broke, several appointments due to my unpredictable work schedule (and one appointment canceled by the office) I was told they were forfeiting my $90 deposit. Mind you, I received a voicemail that clearly stated that I would be able to reschedule ONE MORE TIME before losing my deposit but once I scheduled (and was fully ready to finally take my 15 yr old cat in for the last Saturday's afternoon appt) I was told I ow... read more
