I had a FaceTime appointment scheduled for 12 PM today. I tried calling all day leading up to my appointment to let them know that I never received the link for the call so I missed it. I've heard nothing but good things from this establishment but I'm pretty frustrated because I needed help and nobody answered to help.
Brianna Moore is caring, compassionate, and truly makes you feel heard. She tailored her approach to best fit my needs, and really helped to build my confidence. Cannot recommend her enough!
I couldn't recommend Whole Health enough!!! Being a mental health professional myself, it's obvious to me when the genuine care is there, and it is most definitely present with the Whole Health Team. I used to go there and liked it. However, when I called and made an appointment for my daughter, apparently it wasn’t done and they had no record of the extended conversation I had with the person who was scheduling. Extremely frustrating and disrespectful. The disorganization regarding schedule is a huge disappointment.
Highly recommend this practice. Great experience from first phone call! The therapists are all highly skilled and compassionate.
