I have been attending weekly sessions with Shakira for the past few weeks now and they have been helping me a lot! She has been incredibly approachable and supportive as well as challenging me on some things that I need to work on and providing me with little assignments to do during the week that overall improve aspects of my life. I feel like I still have a lot to work through, but even a few sessions have been incredibly helpful to me!
