We LOVE Dr. Mazden and her nurses. That being said, the receptionist is absolutely clueless. You cannot understand what she’s saying half the time, she’s disrespectful and calls you “hon”, she gave me the wrong directions for medications that were given to my son instead of asking the nurse to clarify. My son was very sick in January and she wouldn’t put me through to the nurse. Now today I missed our first appointment ever and they charged me $75. Unfortunately we may be switching practices until they can find a new front d... read more

I really liked Dr. Mozden and the nurse Melinda. We were patients at the practice for about 5 years before we started having issues. First, the office hours are awful if you work 9-5. My son began having strep issues and we could never get in to be seen so they would do car swabs. I was told over the phone that he probably didn't have strep because he had just finished antibiotics (again too busy to actually see him). Three days later my son is hospitalized at Hope with an abscessed tonsil due to strep. We stayed bc of the r... read more
