Dr. Loud refused to work with my mother without even taking the time to speak with me, she decided she knew what was best for my mom's care before knowing what I had already done prior to bringing her to the clinic. I knew what I was doing when I pursued treatment at Whole Health Dentistry and why I wanted their type of services, but we were not given a chance, they cancelled our appointment without discussion two days before our appointment time. I usually have a lot of dental anxiety, but Dr. Loud and her team completely put me at ease. The hygienist was incredibly gentle, and the doctor explained every step of the procedure before doing it. The office is spotless, and Tamika was very helpful with my financials.
I live out of town and broke a tooth while in Scottsdale, creating an emergency. Dr. Sophia's staff readjusted their schedule to get me in and treat me. Dr. Sophia is amazing and their staff is kind and incredibly talented. I could not recommend this office more highly.
Dr. Sophia Wall and her wonderful staff were extraordinarily excellent - warm yet professional, skilled, knowledgeable. Very accommodating and engaging. I only wish I could take this practice with me back to North Carolina!
I had been a patient of Dr. Loud for many years, starting at Bright Now Dentistry before she established her new practice, Whole Life. I referred several people to her, but I’ve since found a new dentist and no longer recommend her services. Every time I visited, they insisted that I needed a device that would cost thousands of dollars.
