Teresa is a fantastic acupuncturist! I originally went in because I was feeling low on energy and a bit burnt out from work. After a few sessions, I noticed a real improvement — I feel more energized and balanced. Teresa has also helped relieve tension in my hamstring, and we’re now working on my hip, which has taken a beating from years of playing rugby, hockey, and competitive volleyball. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly passionate about helping her clients feel their best.

If you struggle with literally anything in life or you just want/need a holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle, Teresa is the person to go see. Trust me, you won’t regretted. From the first session with her, my sleep improved substantially and my anxiety is literally gone doing weekly sessions with her. She is not only an absolutely incredible practitioner, she has the kindest soul & best energy. Don’t walk, run! You’re going to thank yourself!
Wonderful office with a caring and pleasant staff! Acupuncture/cupping with Teresa has improved my back issues tremendously. Teresa is knowledgeable, genuine, and caring—I highly recommend her. I feel better mentally and emotionally after each treatment. She’s the best and I’m so thankful for her help.
I highly recommend Dr. Braden for Chiropractic and Melissa for massage!! I can share their contacts to any and everyone, they are pure magic. Both have been able to keep my chronic pain at bay, listen and address my concerns, and ensure I am feeling better then when I walked in before leaving. Their knowledge and expertise makes me feel comfort as they work on my aches and pains.
