Although a grocery store to most people, the little cafe inside the Whole Foods Market represents a daily lunch reprieve for quite a number of customers. Even though they have a small amount of tables, the healthy food makes up for it. Delicious wholesome sandwiches and healthy cookies are just a few things worth mentioning from the menu. In addition to homemade entrees and salads, the juice bar proudly presses fresh vegetables and wheat grass for your drinking pleasure.

Rude, mean checkers. – Absolutely the rudest checkers I've ever come across. In the past month, I have been: scolded by a checker for having a few too many items in the express lane (it was an honest mistake; there was no one in line behind me & I had already apologized to the checker); I have bought $120 worth of groceries from a checker who didn't say hello or thank you because she was too busy planning her evening with her friends; & today, as the final straw, the guy checking out my groceries said to the sacker "God, why... read more
Great place to shop. – This place has alot of variety of natural and wholesome food for your family. They give free samples of foods if you wish to try it. Really a good place to go.
ALways good. – Whole paycheck is always expensive but it is a good store both to shop in and to eat. Good choice for vegetarians too.
Granola meets glam at this River Oaks grocery store, making for a decidedly organic shopping experience. – In Short This Austin upstart has sold natural foods in Houston for years, but this Whole Foods Market at Kirby and Alabama feels like a new world in shopping. Reasons to visit: food samples, wildflower bouquets grown locally, the chair-massage parlor at the end of the checkout line, and the deli section and seafood spread. You won't find brand-name commercial products here, but the store's 365 brand is a bargain.
Begging for more – I get excited walking into Whole Foods. Living almost 25 miles away, I make the trek to Whole Foods b/c I know I will get quality organic fruits, healthy snacks I'll never find anywhere else, and the best crunchy peanut butter I've ever laid lips on. I wish every grocery store was a Whole Foods. The service is great, they've got everything I could possibly ever need for snacking or entertaining. Service rocks, it's clean, creatively aesthetic, and leaves me wanting more, more more. What are the odds of Who... read more
