great for hard to find items Whole Foods is a great place to shop organic, vegetarian and look for specialty items. If you are looking to go the natural route the selection here is a great (although pricey). Great hormone/antibiotic free items to feed your kids and great bulk item section if you are looking for small amounts for recipes. This won't usually fulfill an entire grocery list but it's a great additional stop.
not worth the money You're much better off going to a local buthcher, fish monger and produce market than this place. Prices here are higher and quality is not as good as each of those. If you're in a rush and need to stop at one store to prep dinner that night is the only time I go here any more.
Natural Foods If you are a vegetarian or if you are looking for natural, organic foods, Whole Foods is the place to go to. They offer all natural fruit juices with no additives or sugars. They have a plethora of vitamins and they also offer several lines of all natural beauty products including Burt's Bees. The quality is good here, but the prices are on the higher end.
