We had our Trust updated by Whole Family Legal as we had moved to Colorado five years ago and there were several items in the trust that needed updating. Rebecca was very nice to work with and she took care of all our necessary updates. Her professional fee for incorporating our changes was very reasonable. If/when we need to make any future updates we will call on her to make them.
I have hired Rebecca Pescador on a few different occasions to represent me and help me through some personally difficult legal matters. I actually did not employ Rebecca and her team for anything related to family law, but I did use them to help me start a collection process that I'd been granted via a small claims court decision in another county in Colorado. Rebecca came alongside me and took on my complicated case and helped make sense of everything. She broke down barriers where intimidation was present with the opposing party .She communicated with me effectively. Rebecca and her staff treated me like I'm family.
