/5 stars I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received at Whole Care Family Office. As a long-time patient, I expected better. My issues began when I tried to obtain my medical records after deciding to leave their practice. Despite signing a release form, they refused to provide my records, citing unclear reasons. Biggest waste of time don't be fooled they tell you they accept new patients and get you to do the paper work and get your insurance info and then the earliest app is in 4 months
So I've been a patient for a few years now. One of the doctors are considered my general practitioner or primary care doctor. I went for a check up the other day because I'm having some issues. I cannot believe that I was told that I was only allowed one problem/ailment per visit since they're only alotted 15 mins of time per patient. I'm sorry but I pay good money to get the care that I deserve and was looking for. Had a great visit with the nurse practitioner Bonnie. Impress with her knowledge of more holistic and natural treatment. Great practice! Would recommend them to anyone.
