I decided to switch to a different dental office due to repeated negative experiences with this technician. On one occasion, I arrived just five minutes late and was questioned in a rude manner about why I hadn’t called ahead. I was driving at the time! During another visit, while my daughter was having a filling done, the same technician asked me to leave the room, stating that parents were not allowed to stay.
