Great The receptionists are very nice and helpful. Vickie is great with my kids and will do anything to be sure they are healthy, she's very thorough and checks on anything she thinks could be a problem (my baby has assymetrical leg creases and her foot turns out, so vickie sent us to get an ultrasound to make sure dd didn't have hip dysplasia). Nursing students train with her and they've all been great so far too. Overall the office is wonderful.
Rude Receptionist! I am sure the care would be good because I personally like Jackie Koss and know she cares. I went by to get an appointment for my small daughter and the waiting room was empty. I didn't get three words out of my mouth to ask for an appointment before the graying lady in the front window began to unkindly inform me they are not a walk in clinic.
