Everyone was friendly and tried to ease my anxiety.
Caira, and another hygienist whose name I unfortunately can’t recall but helped me properly label two young family members as “great nieces”, were fantastic—upbeat, friendly, thorough, and have great senses of humor. Caira got some staining off that took extra effort and that’ll keep me smiling big in photos. Dr. O capped off my visit with helpful and encouraging guidance and I was on my way. As I walked out I thought to myself, “that was enjoyable”!
I had a very painful toothache with an abscess. Dr Ogie examined the tooth, x-rays were taken and reviewed. He recommended an extraction (two). Dr Ogie was so kind, empathetic and gentle, explaining the process and answered my anxious, non stop questions with patience. He ensured that I wouldn’t experience any pain during the procedure.
