I was referred to Tai for Bowen massage after not getting enough relief with other massage. She takes ample time to listen to my neck, shoulder and back issues, adjusting each session a bit depending on any new aches (I'm kinda tough on my body with the gym, mowing the lawn, moving heavy boxes, desk job, so I don't take it easy between sessions. LOL). And I'm definitely feeling better since the third session. Definitely recommend.

Tai is lovely and knowledgeable. Took the time to understand my issues and help formulate a goal for me. I've already made my next appointment! 😀
