I had a full body MRI at the Ajax site on April 1 2024. The staff were beyond amazing. The reception staff answered any questions that I asked and my appointment took place at the appointed time. The staff prepping for the actual MRI were very kind and caring. I normally wouldn't have had this procedure done without sedation, but I chose to cover my eyes with a soft scarf and was quite content without the sedation. Great service and amazing experience ! So glad I chose to have my MRI done at whole body MRI. It was easy quick and worth every Penny!

This was the absolute worst medical interaction I have ever had. Poor communication between staff and doctor resulted in the doctor lashing out, based on a miscommunication by the clinic he works at. A paid medical service must be supported by premium customer interaction to thrive in a preventative health space. So disappointing. Will be taking my private health care needs stateside from here on out.
