VERY POOR SERVICE. The front desk employees does not communicate with their staff to ensure patients are being called in in numbers they made us wait for 45 minutes and even after 45 minutes they did not know that we are right in front of them sitting and waiting until I went to ask them how long more we have to wait then the old lady at the reception told me that “ohh they took another patient instead of u” and they just wasted our time but if u don’t show up on your appointment they will charge u $75 dollars. I had my CT scan done here last week. They were very quick. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. My appointment time was honored, no waiting. They were very informative as to the procedure. I had to get an IV for dye to be injected, I am terrified of needles. The woman who inserted the IV did it with minimal discomfort which is a bonus.
Timely, professional service
The appointment was scheduled very quickly and the procedure was just as explained. The report was provided in a timely manner. I would definately recommend the Ajax location to anyone seeking the Whole Body MRI.
