Such a shady business, run by two owners Nirav Patel and keyur Shah. We called on Nov 28 for evening appointment my credit card was charged that same day no questions asked . We specifically asked for an evening appointment because that’s the only time we can make it. Then we received two identical emails with the same forms to fill out. Extremely disappointing experience. My father did his MRI here and they said results would be ready within 2–3 weeks it’s now been over a month and we still haven’t received anything. I’ve called several times, left messages, and even asked to speak to the manager, but the manager never called me back. The only replies I’ve gotten were generic emails saying “sorry for the delay.” This level of communication is unacceptable, especially when people are waiting on important medical results. The actual appointment and procedure is good. The only comment I have is contacting the clinic. The waiting is really long.

I had a full body MRI at the Ajax site on April 1 2024. The staff were beyond amazing. The reception staff answered any questions that I asked and my appointment took place at the appointed time. The staff prepping for the actual MRI were very kind and caring. I normally wouldn't have had this procedure done without sedation, but I chose to cover my eyes with a soft scarf and was quite content without the sedation.
