I had an appointment yesterday. No one was there. Not sure they are in business anymore but I have a gift certificate worth 150.00. No one answered my calls or emails . Lesson learned: Never buy a gift certificate!!!
What an amazing facial! Wow! Caroline helped assist me and my skin, not to mention such great service! Its going to be five stars for me
Caroline is incredibly attentive to your personal skincare needs. She adjusted the products used for my facial as needed. She is knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining the products and what benefit they are providing. The facial was very relaxing and I left the spa glowing. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful. Every detail has been thought of and creates a welcoming and relaxing environment.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!! Completely unprofessional. Booked an appointment for lashes. The girl Brianna, unexpectedly gets sick. So the owner, Caroline rescheduled the appointment for 2 days later with the same girl. I suggested to her to be placed with someone else in case Brianna is still sick. She said no, she was going to rebook with Brianna but has her other girl on standby to take my appointment if Brianna cannot come in.
