We thought we would try this business out as I have been taking our rugs to a place in Brisbane for years but thought I’d give a local business a chance. Unfortunately I would give no stars, as my big complaint is when the driver dropped off our rug, he decided to dirty our community at Hope Island and threw his MacDonalds food wrapper and waste out of his van. Got 1 rug cleaned and it came back looking pretty much the same. Not satisfied but anyway. This was many months ago and I keep getting calls from Who Who every single month from landlines and private numbers. Really frustrating and unprofessional behaviour. Please don’t call me ever again.
What a waste of money. After monthly cold calling I decided to get my rug cleaned. And to my surprise after rolling it out it looked exactly the same as the original photo they sent me prior to cleaning it. To prove they didn't even touch it, I decided to spot clean an area with a small carpet cleaner.
Not exactly sure which Who Who location completed our clean, but Kangaroo Point seems closest, hence the review. Long story short, they were fab, our rug hadn't been cleaned since we bought it 6yrs ago and it came up so nice. I think anyone who uses a service like this does need to have reasonable expectations - I honestly wasnt expecting a miracle and was blown away . Fab communication with pick up and delivery executed well for an extremely reasonable price! Very much recommended and will absolutely use them again!
Do not go through this company. They do not clean the rugs properly. I believe they do a carpet clean and that is it. I had my Persian rug taken away to be cleaned when I got it back it looked exactly the same and had a funny smell. It also had new marks which were not there before. Some of the newer stains from my daughter which could have been removed were still there including stickers on the tassles.
