Do not go through this company. They do not clean the rugs properly. I believe they do a carpet clean and that is it. I had my Persian rug taken away to be cleaned when I got it back it looked exactly the same and had a funny smell. It also had new marks which were not there before. Some of the newer stains from my daughter which could have been removed were still there including stickers on the tassles. This company caused massive damage to my floors back in August and are yet to resolve the issue , its now mid December !! Avoid them at all costs as they wont take responsibility for damages they cause.
At first, I was hesitant to use this company to clean my rug. It has so much sentimental value, and I was really worried it might get ruined. Super happy with the job you guys did on my rug back in 2022. But you have called me nearly every damn month since, from landlines, mobiles and now private numbers. It's disgusting behaviour, please stop. Update: I have received 4 phone calls from you since my review, from private numbers and landline. What part of PLEASE STOP dont you understand?!
Who Who have been taking care of my carpets and rugs for years. The rugs come back like new. I love the reminder calls. They also take care of my pest control. The services is great and their staff are always pleasant and prompt and on time! I am a happy returning customer.
