What a waste of money. After monthly cold calling I decided to get my rug cleaned. And to my surprise after rolling it out it looked exactly the same as the original photo they sent me prior to cleaning it. To prove they didn't even touch it, I decided to spot clean an area with a small carpet cleaner.
Not exactly sure which Who Who location completed our clean, but Kangaroo Point seems closest, hence the review. Long story short, they were fab, our rug hadn't been cleaned since we bought it 6yrs ago and it came up so nice. I think anyone who uses a service like this does need to have reasonable expectations - I honestly wasnt expecting a miracle and was blown away . Fab communication with pick up and delivery executed well for an extremely reasonable price! Very much recommended and will absolutely use them again!
Do not go through this company. They do not clean the rugs properly. I believe they do a carpet clean and that is it. I had my Persian rug taken away to be cleaned when I got it back it looked exactly the same and had a funny smell. It also had new marks which were not there before. Some of the newer stains from my daughter which could have been removed were still there including stickers on the tassles. This company caused massive damage to my floors back in August and are yet to resolve the issue , its now mid December !! Avoid them at all costs as they wont take responsibility for damages they cause.
At first, I was hesitant to use this company to clean my rug. It has so much sentimental value, and I was really worried it might get ruined. But once I decided to trust WHOWHO with it, I can honestly say that it was the best decision. Just got my rug back and I’m so happy with the result!
