$250 call out fee and nothing was fixed. Advised my old heater was broken and not worth fixing. Found out my old heater actually works. But was conned into buying a new split system. Shonky. To be fair nothing is wrong with the split system, working well. But still annoying

WHM (Roseanna Heating and Cooling) installed a split system in our unit in Preston. They were a pleasure to deal with from the start and did a great job. Their communication was excellent and they helped us to get approval from the body corporate.
I called Wayne as our heater decided to play up on us after some big storms. What an amazing service! Within an hour or so, the wonderful Dave came and repaired our unit which has our home nice and toasty again. Thanks so much to Wayne and the team at WHM Air for their efficiency and professionalism. Highly recommend!
Steer clear of this incompetent and dodgy company. Heath charged a $240 call out fee to falsely claim that my outdoor split system unit wasn't leaking. He advised that the indoor unit was the problem and wanted me to sign a contract to pay WHM Air a further $1,000, for him to come back and "investigate" it. Luckily, I said no thanks, because a Mitsubishi technician has since attended and found the leak was in the outdoor unit and it cost me $490 in total to fix it. Less than half what WHM wanted.
