Property recently sold. Bulldozer is coming within the near future. Thankfully. Property has been badly neglected with an owner who constantly steals deposits from tenants.
My wife is still waiting on her deposit check back from them. Legal recourse is the only option. It’s a rat, spider infested trash pile with a freaky manager.
I lived at Whitworth lane apts for 2 yrs. In the time I lived there I dealt with a peeping tom, a crazy on-site manager and a greedy owner. These apartments have no ventilation so you deal with black mold everywhere. You do your own yard work and if they decide it's not good enough, they fine you. The on-site manager makes the people that work there, give her part of their income, stating that the owner doesn't pay her well. I am glad tobe out of thete.
