Do not use this clinic. Do not use this clinic. The doctors & staff are rude, the only time you are treated with any respect is when you are in the surgery center. We were told that I needed to have my fallopian tubes removed to have a successful IVF cycle, we were never given any other alternatives... and I find out after 3 unsuccesful IVF attempts and 60,000 later that I could have simply had my tubes repaired, but of course they would not tell us that because they are only in this for the money with no regard for us as hu... read more
Beware of this clinic 1. There are other clinics in the southeast that do the same procedures for thousands of dollars less and with much less snobbery and superiority. 2. This fertility factory runs on the fumes of its own bureaucracy. If you work with them, don't dare to question any of their policies or the physician might bully you with thinly veiled threats about discontinuing your relationship. 3. Be prepared before engaging NFC Read this and other reviews of NFC carefully.. In my experience and opinion they are all about selling hope and will cross ethical lines that would make most shudder. Yes they are a legitimate Fertility clinic. The issue is the high pressure sales job and how they shunt you off to administrators to deal with the carnage that comes with failed cycles. NOT a good experience! My husband and I have been patients at NFC since 2008. We have had numerous tests and 3 unsuccessful IUIs. We have never really been happy with our experiences at NFC but didn't do the reasearch to find out if there were any other options here in Nashville. There were times when the same staff person would perform my tests and procedures and they would ask me if I had ever been there before. We feel like nothing was ever explained to us. Warning. after money. Control the tests you need This place blew me away today. Today was our consultation to address my low sperm count issue. So far my wife has checked out fine on her initial tests. My sperm sample has come back low and with low swimmers. My wife went through all the lack of communication as she could rarely get ahold of a live person on the phone. My Experience at NFC, So Far, So Good I have been a patient since 6/2010. I am 37, my husband and I are wanting to conceive, so we were referred to NFC. I have a blocked fallopian tube and have had a history of endometrosis. I started off with clomid 50 mg for a couple of months, no success. NFC is a Wonderful Clinic I understand that not everyone will agree on the quality of care by a physician or their staff, but our personal expwerience with NFC has been wonderful. We were always treated with respect, we never had to wait over 10-15min to be seen and our IVF nurse Ms. J Griffin was amazing, always returned calls and made sure we understood everything that was going on. Mrs. Jones My husband and I were referred by my OBGYN. We used Dr. Hill to guide us through the process. He gave us the facts and let us make up our minds. We tried several IUI's than moved onto IVF. I never had a problem with waiting to long or with receiving return phone calls. The timing for my procedure came on a Sunday.
