I had ridden my motorcycle into the city not far from Whitwells Garage. When I attempted to start it the battery was dead. I pushed it over to Whitwells where I was met by a mechanic named Zach who, without hesitation assisted by jumping the battery. It started briefly but died shortly afterwards. He offered to put it on a charger for an hour and a half to hopefully get me home safely (which it did!) Zach’s customer service was superb, especially on a hot day when they were short handed! Jamie, Sean and crew always take great care of us! Most recently I had my car towed there and they facilitated urgent recall related repairs with the dealership, and then transferred my car back to Whitwell’s to complete the rest of the required service. Taking away the stress of dozens of calls and negotiations - priceless! Thanks for going the extra mile!
