We had a new septic field with a lift station put in and Whitts was excellent from start to finish, very informative about what would happen, no problem with permitting inspections throughout and finished the job within 1 week.

The drainfield needed to be replaced. Let me start by saying this. I had 4 estimates, 1 that his pump truck was in the shop. 1 that didn't come out and look at it, gave me a estimate over the phone, thats a no no! Had another come out and lied to me, thats a no no. Then there was Whitt's. Whitt's matched the lowest price. Gave me a price on Thursday, wife and I talked about it and gave them the go ahead on Friday.
