They upped the rent to 255 said because of maintenance they dont do any maintanace or preventive maintenance like trim and trees they just wanted to fall into your house so they can say it was an act of God then they don't have to pay for it as the landlord learned because he moved out of here to run across town and tree fell on his house he ain't getting compensated
