Dr Lai too was too busy running behind schedule and talking to other colleagues about other patients, and performed a 'sub-standard' consult as a result. Pitty you cannot get a refund
I have never encountered such unprofessional conduct. After visiting a specialist and paying a hefty fee, I was made to wait while patients who arrived after me were seen first. To make matters worse, the specialist didn’t even review my GP's reports and asked me the same questions I had already answered. Later, the front desk called, accusing me of leaving without checking in or paying, despite my having a receipt. Wonderful
We took our daughter to this clinic after getting a referral from our local doctor, due to her having ongoing health issues over the past 12 months. Paid a huge upfront fee for a consult which was not dissimilar to all the other so-called doctors we have taken her to for the same issue. Basically paid for a script for a nasal spray… very disappointing and will be taking her to another ENT doctor.
