How many terrible reviews need to be left about the rude receptionist until something's done about it? What's her name, Paula?? Short brown hair and glasses & was working on the 23/6. I call on behalf of my family member who is present during all calls. This woman's manner over the phone makes her consider just staying sick rather than either of us having to deal with her. Had a phone appointment today, not even 1 minute on phone to get an updated script send to my phone. This has been my family medical clinic since young and always bulk billed for a phone appointments but this time charged in full. Very disappointed. Will never get an appointment with that female doctor again.
I cannot recommend Whittlesea Medical Clinic highly enough. My entire family has been coming here for over 27 years, and the level of care has remained consistently exceptional. What sets this clinic apart is that they truly listen—I have never once felt rushed during an appointment. The doctors provide thoughtful advice and genuine support, which is why even though I’ve moved out of the area, I will not go anywhere else.
