Had a phone appointment today, not even 1 minute on phone to get an updated script send to my phone. This has been my family medical clinic since young and always bulk billed for a phone appointments but this time charged in full. Very disappointed. Will never get an appointment with that female doctor again.
I cannot recommend Whittlesea Medical Clinic highly enough. My entire family has been coming here for over 27 years, and the level of care has remained consistently exceptional. What sets this clinic apart is that they truly listen—I have never once felt rushed during an appointment. How lucky are we to have this great medical centre here in Whittlesea. Was feeling unwell today and was squeezed in to see Dr Saka, he was able to give me a scrip and listen to all concerns that i had. From the font desk to the doctors and nursing staff looking after the patients.Excellent service. Great staff. Great service. Thank you to everyone.

The female GP dismissed my mother’s urinary incontinence and loss of bladder function, stating it was 'not a condition.' This is medically incorrect and a serious dismissal of a legitimate health issue. Furthermore, she was visibly frustrated and misread the medical form until I had to point out the errors myself. The lack of empathy and the dismissive attitude were disrespectful and disgraceful. Patients deserve modern, evidence-based care, not outdated opinions and professional negligence.
