Recently booked in to have 2 fillings replaced as they had fallen out and arrived to my appointment on time only to be told after waiting over an hour that they wouldnt be able to fit me in as the previous appt ran over time so my appt was rescheduled/cancelled for the following day. A notice on the front of the reception desk says patient cancellations within 24hrs of a booked appointment will be charged $100 for cancellation yet they can cancel and reschedule a booking at whim with no financial recompense to the customer. ... read more
