Oak Knoll, a Whittier facility, lost my brother’s clothes in the laundry twice despite the fact that his name is written in it. They agreed to replace his clothes but that was nearly a year ago and despite lots of broken promises they have yet to do so. How unfair to do to someone on Medicaid.Shame on you! Update: This matter has been resolved as of today. My brother was paid for the clothes that were lost.

I understand healthcare because it's been my life's endeavor. Whittier's rehabilitation facility was selected for my restoration, of a complex fractured hip, because it was geographically located near my daughter's home. My preference would have been to be closer to my own home in Winchester. My daughter's choice, however, proved to be a God's send for my rehabilitation.
