RecommendedI had lasik surgery 18 years ago when I was 50. I chose to have one eye corrected for distance and the other for reading. The strategy worked well! To be able to see when I woke up in the morning life changing as I had glasses since I was four and my distance vision kept worsening over the years. My vision is still good and most of the time I do not use reading glasses. I use a slight prescription now for driving, and for times when mu eyes are tired.
RecommendedFrom the beginning it was a great experience! Everything was explained and did not have any suprises along the way. It is a friendly atmosphere and felt comfortable in researching what lasik is all about. I had the procedure and just like they said, I was able to be back at work the very next morning. Thank you Dr. Whitten and staff for such wonderful care!

Dr. Whitten and his very knowledgeable staff took the time and really evaluated MY eyes. He looked for reasons NOT to do the surgery, which shows his integrity as a doctor. He found the best plan for my eyes and I am so happy to be on the road to AMAZING vision. It's been less than 1 week and I have already seen so much improvement. I wish I had done this years ago! It's wonderful to see distance again without glass! The experience was great. The staff informs well and makes you feel comfortable & assured in your decision from the beginning. Dr. Whitten was great. I was peace the whole time, confident in his ability, and amazed at how fast it all went. Highly recommend this if anyone is considering - or even if you're not.
Since I only have reasonable vision in my right eye, I was nervous about having cataract surgery on that eye. Dr. Whitten was super about remembering my eye problems and concerns and too outstanding care of me. My right eye has never been better!
Dr Iuorno did my procedure yesterday and I'm very pleased !!
