Mr. Whitten has been amazing during this process. From the beginning he has been honest and has gone way beyond what I expected of him. He has worked with me, helped me and explained every inch of this process. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but he would sketch each and every building out for my approval. Once I decided on a building and size he put it all in writing and he followed through with set up and made sure the workers did what we had agreed on in writing. Rod seems to know everyone and he has a lot of experience in the field. I would have liked more communication once the process started (arrival times) but the work and handling of all subcontractors was outstanding. Everyone did a good job and we are pleased with the results. Rod is a man of his word and totally trustworthy.
Make sure to find out all info about who is suppose to be taking care of the permit. Went to get my permit to find out that the sales person had applied for it the day I went to get it at the County office. Was told I didn’t need to get one from the county office because he was paying for it. After looking back at my paperwork he had given me a receipt just for the permit.
