I went in because of sudden throttling issue with my vehicle. I was told that they would not be able to look at the vehicle until March 16th. The service rep said I could leave my vehicle there for three weeks, but there was no guarantee it would even be looked at before then. Never in my life have I heard of having to wait that long just to get a diagnosis on a vehicle. I have been a long time customer with them, but that was the last straw. Picking up a car for friend they did not find or fix problem vehicle in another shop now
Having my car serviced here was actually a very fluid experience. Customer service was prompt, helpful, and supportive. I was provided a rental car and was notified the minute service was complete.
I started off with a horrible experience and almost couldn't get my car back because of an employee not listening to my instructions but when it came to me getting ready to leave Adam helped me and I was able to leave with my car fixed and didn't have to worry about owing anybody money. If you ever have troubles with this particular store I recommend talking only to Adam and being patient with him.
