This was by far the worst service experience that I’ve ever had! I’m outraged by how I was treated. It was a disaster from the moment I dropped my car off to the moment I picked it up. When I dropped my car off to be serviced, it took about 5-10 mins for me to even be acknowledged by a representative and none of them were with customers. Bought a CX 5 last night. Our salesperson Mike Smith was awesome. Even called this afternoon to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend him! The entire experience at the dealership was positive, efficient, pleasant employees great service.
