Very Professional – Did not know then in the past. Had my card repaired from an accident in April 2011 and the work was flawless. They matched the paint perfectly and the trim pieces where an exact match. I will be bringing my other body shop repair here because of their professionalism

DID EXCELLENT JOB FOR ME – AFTER READING THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS, I WAS SCEPTICAL ABOUT HAVING MY TRUCK WORKED ON HERE....HOWEVER, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF HAVING A HARD TIME USING A NEW COMPUTER ESTIMATING SOFTWQRE PROGRAM, THE SERVICE AND TIMLINESS OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. MY TRUCK CAME BACK TO ME SPOTLESS, AND THE REPAIR WORK AND UPDATES ON THE WORK DONE WERE VERY HELPFUL.

Great work, excellent communication! – By the time I read the negative reviews here, our car was already at this shop, so we decided to brave it. Glad we did! Whitten Bros not only did a great job on the body work of our 97 Honda Civic, but they were professional about calling us and keeping us updated. I didn't even get a repair – When I first got there the humongous guy at the counter was weezing from doing paperwork? Or he'd just crammed a few donuts down his throat. When he caught his breath, maybe a minute later he asked me what I needed. I had brought my car in for an Allstate insurance claim/appraisal. He told me it would be a while, like an hour and a half. Slow as Moses... – My car was wrecked for $10,000 in damage in November. Here it is 110 days later and the car is still being held up!!! The people at the shop are slow. Instead of tearing down the car and finding everything wrong in one week, they would do it a little bit at a time. When a part was on backorder, it would hold up the whole process. Unbelievably slow! – My Chrysler was struck squarely on the rear wheel and sustained $3,000 in damage (not much considering the impact). Since there was mechanical damage as well as some minor body damage, I thought taking it to a Chrysler dealership would be the best choice since they have both a repair shop & body shop and should have many parts on hand for a 3-year-old car.
