I can not say enough positives about this place. It's not the Taj Mahal, but the level of care beats the hell out of the huge fancy place I had my father in before ,( Brookdale Anaheim ) Faye is remarkable and is only concerned about my dad's well-being and not how much she can milk from his account . 5 stars are not enough. Thank you, Faye and the smart folks who hired her .
I love this place my dad is there with lewy body dementia they take excellent care of him and Instead of finding ways to over charge me like Brookdale they find me ways to save my dad money. Thank you Faye and Carol.
Management at Whitten Heights could not assure us that mother's safety was an important concern for them. They allowed a resident exhibiting signs of dementia to reside on the same floor as the general population. This same resident has a history of making entry into multiple neighbors residences. After a couple of times of allowing himself into mother's residence uninvited and management telling us they could not do anything about it we pulled mother out of there so fast I'm sure it made their heads spin.
