Jon is an absolute legend. We were stranded in Newquay after driving down from Lichfield in a 6-hour trip when my Seat Ibiza decided to throw a tantrum and go into limp mode. Every garage was booked solid for two weeks, but Jon, somehow, found a way to squeeze us in. Turns out the repair would’ve cost more than the car was worth. The team at this garage are fantastic, the work is very satisfactory and the pricing is reasonable, What a shame for them to be let down by the owner. Who, whilst some may say is straight forward, others will say downright obnoxious. He needs someone else to be the forefront of this establishment as he patently does not have reception skills. Serious problems with clutch, called Jon and he not only took the car immediately, he had fixed it within a day. Fabulous service and support by a friendly team. Thank you.
