Hired this guy over 2 years ago to place some kind of system to keep water out of my garage. His bright idea was to put a French drain OUTSIDE of the garage and divert the water 75 ft from my garage into one basin, after I instructed him of my bedrock and Clay issue. I had to call him back because he assured me I would not get water in my garage and of course I did and then he placed the second Basin before that basin.
