Whitsyms Home HealthCare is a fantastic company to help with aging parents. Jackie Frischeisen has been invaluable scheduling Homecare Aides for my parents. Not living in the same State she gives me updates daily and returns my calls immediately. The account setup was easy, proficient and the aides are specific to my parents needs in Venice, Florida. Tony sent the best caregivers for my parents. They were treated like family. He works with the best of the best. You will not be disappointed.
I called in a panic and Jackie was quick to reply and helped get me coverage for my dad in my absence. The caregiver was communicative and able to provide what I needed in my absence. I was VERY happy start to finish with this company and will use them again when needed.
