The building looks great from the outside but the rooms are a bit shabby and could do with some modernisation. The lift was out of order for the 3 days we stayed which wasnt helpful as we were on a roadtrip with all our luggage so had to cart 2 x 30kg suitcases up to level 3 and back down. We had to complain about the cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet in particular, the lady on reception sorted this out the next morning and was very apologetic and helpful. Where to start ? There is absolutely no way this “resort “ is 5 star, 2 at best it’s probably 10-15 years past a major renovation Arrived to be told the lift is broken and I suspect has been for some time, we were placed on the 5th floor which ment 10 flights of stairs every time you come and go Very dated and shabby inside, lounge was dirty and stained with I don’t know what , and frankly I don’t want to think about that too carefully, the spa bath was cracked so we couldn’t use it for fear of possibly flooding the unit bel... read more

Apartment is outdated. Shower is in the spa bath. Big step into it. Not suitable for older people. Hate to be over 6ft. Also no lift service. We didn’t find out until we got there. No help nothing Had to carry suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. Pretty poor.

Room was adequate . Much smaller and with less facilities than my fellow travellers. We all paid the same. The lift was broken and I was on the third floor.
