Cannot fault the service and friendly guys. They were really trying to be helpful. However, toilet started having same issues within a day and now something else that was working, is not. Emailed the admin regarding the issue 3 times but they did not respond. Bit disappointing to still have issues, considering the price I paid.

Cameron and Cooper attended my place this morning to ‘look at my HWS’. Within 10 mins they said we will go get a new system and come straight back and install it! On the same day!!!!! They were so professional and such lovely fellas! I’m so impressed. The team in the office were helpful and lovely also. Bloody good work, I’ll get you guys to do all my plumbing from here on in.
Good plumbing, but need an emergency contact number for Sunday's and after hours!
Have attempted to use at least 4 other plumbers in the local area and these guys by far put the others to shame with their professionalism, attention to detail and doing exactly what is needed and agreed. We will be using these guys every time going forward. Your man Darren is a credit to your organisation.
