Dropped our boat of for repairs to Mercruiser leg. Mark seemed to know his stuff but communication to me regarding when the leg was going to be repaired was terrible. It sat there for a few months until we finally decided to go pick it up and get it done by someone else as it seemed we were just getting lied to. Also purchased a new set of props which we were told we could return or change Pitch if required and now i'm stuck with them as i cant get a reply from Mark. Very disappointed.
Mercury Dealer that caters to customer wants, not the other way around. Highly recommended even if not local call them, Mark will sort you out.
Mark was very very helpful with an assessment of our old tender outboard and the provision of a replacement. Even got it over to Hammo for us.
