Rude and unprofessional Purchase battery operated self propelled Toro mower back in 2021. Last year took it back to service as it wasn’t operating self propelled properly. It didn’t get fixed and set there for over two weeks and told they haven’t had chance to look at it. Took it back this year after speaking with Russel over the phone and assured me it won’t take more than 2 weeks as it’s not busy period.
