If I could give less than 1 star for service, I would rate it 0 stars. Location and views - 5 stars. The venue itself was amazing — beautiful views, a perfect location, and great privacy. It truly had all the potential to make our wedding day perfect. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the person in charge, Gale. Beautiful venue and perfect location for my wedding. However hired the venue until 12am and had the speakers ripped out of the plug and all doors closed by Gale with no communication to either bride or groom at 10pm and we had all guests standing around wondering what happened to the music. The music that was being played wasn’t well liked apparently by “people staying nearby”. When we hire a venue and DJ we expect music to be played that we both like and our guests like. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and stress-free place to celebrate our wedding. What really stood out was how easy everything felt. The staff were incredibly accommodating, relaxed, and genuinely kind. We couldn’t recommend it more highly!
