Highly recommend Whitsunday Holiday Rentals. All of our phone calls and emails were answered promptly with extremely friendly, helpful and professional responses. We had to extend our stay after heavy rain caused road closures and the team at Whitsunday Holiday Rentals were very compassionate and accommodating to our situation. It was so nice and refreshing to be treated more like a friend than just a customer. We will be using this company for all of our future Whitsundays accommodation.
Our experience with this company was HORRID. And they are full blown SCAMMERS. A group of us had booked to stay in one of their properties for 5 nights. However, our flight was canceled on the day we were expected to arrive due to extreme weather. We contacted the airline who told us there would be no more flights out to Airlie beach as the airport there in proserpine and Hamilton island were flooded. We investigated if we could drive to Airlie instead but the Bruce highway has been destroyed by extreme flooding. We called W... read more

Wow, what a total experience, Michelle and the team exceeded our every expectation and the concierge service allowed us to book tours that made full use of our time here. The house is fully equipped with every essential items you could think of we could walk to town but we’re far enough away not to hear the noise.
