We just moved to the area and I must say this practice is a joke. Definitely won’t be making this my family choice as a practice.

I was going to have all my files transferred over to this practice from Airlie Beach as my doctor has now moved to this one. Wow not anymore, your staff member on reception is so rude and NOT helpful. What a disappointment, people go to the doctors because they are unwell not to be treated rudely.. 🍀
Was a while ago I went now but my experience going here is the worst one i’ve ever had to endure, the women in the reception were so extremely rude and made me cry on the spot. I have since not been able to stop thinking about it, horrible! I asked for the appointment to be bulk billed which the receptionist didn’t want to do for me, I later told the doctor this and she said she would’ve bulk billed it for me had she known.
