My wife & I were & still are travelling around Australia in our Motorhome & our Driving Licences came up for renewal whilst in Airlie Beach, for which we required full medicals. Whitsunday Family Practice kindly made an effort & fitted us in. Happily, we both passed our medicals. Many thanks to the Practice & the Doctor involved. Tony & Carol.
Extremely disappointed with the service at this clinic. I was told over the phone that my appointment could be brought forward, and based on that confirmation, I drove over an hour to attend. When I arrived, I was informed that the doctor wasn't even on that day. To make matters worse, the receptionist was not only unapologetic but also outright rude, even after I showed proof that I had called to move the appointment. I can't say enough good things about this Practice. As a parent, finding a healthcare provider you trust with your whole family is so important, and we've definitely found that here. The Drs are always taking the time to listen and explain things clearly, and you can tell they genuinely care. The nurses and staff are friendly and efficient, and the office is clean and welcoming. We've been coming here for 5 years, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a family practice.
