Scheduled myself for a Lasik consultation. It was about 3 weeks out. Fine with me. I get to my appointment. Waited 40 minutes to finally be called. Had to explain I was not there for eye glass exam several times before they finally realized it was for Lasik consultation. I ask for a second to remove my contacts. They now tell me oh, we can't see you then. You can't be wearing contacts for at least a week. I did not know this and ask why anyone didn't let me know?
