Why can no one at the front desk answer the phone at 08:20 or even 09:00? Your system says there’s zero minute wait yet it goes to voicemail and now the whole day has gone by and you have not returned a call. Could you please clarify what I am missing? A lot of great reviews about the Dr but what’s with the office staff?
