Whitson Vision is extremely unprofessional and not patient-oriented. They are understaffed, careless, and lack basic knowledge and empathy. Liz was especially rude and undermining, and Dr. Whitson himself was disrespectful and dismissive. This office shows no compassion or professionalism — I would never recommend them. I wouldn’t even take a dog here.
Issue with insurance. Not willing to go a step further to help us. The person in billing had an attitude and gave me no option but self pay. Nurse in office was trying to help and very apologetic
They take such good care of you here and really care about your vision! I've been to other places but Whitson Vision makes me feel comfortable and important. The staff are very knowledgeable and explain things thoroughly and answer all of my questions. I've had cataract surgery and that went so well that I would recommend it to anyone. Dr Whitson and Dr Grove are a blessing!
This office is extremely inefficient. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30. I finally saw the doctor at 12:15. It has been this way every visit. Three other people who registered said their appointment was 10:30.
