Outstanding, professional staff! I could not have chosen a better office for my eye care needs in the area! I felt like everyone really cared.
On September 18th I took my son in and we both had our annual exam. I also had a contact exam. We paid for the contact exam and told them we would be back in a few days to pick out our glasses since their shipment wasn't in yet. We went back 2 days later, picked out the frames and went home. I got a call from them saying that my insurance has kicked back my claim because there was already one made under my name. They told me I needed to fix it in order to get the glasses.
