Very friendly
They will refuse to give you an appointment and say you’ll get the “first one available”. Then when they leave you hanging in a cold house for SIX WEEKS, they will say “we tried to call and couldn’t get you so we cancelled the order”. I NEVER answer an unfamiliar number unless I am expecting a call, and no one else does either. If you are a REPUTABLE business you leave a message!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Hired Whitson to repair the generator in our house. It took months for them to come out to get our generator to work but it never did work. I called them back to let them know our generator was still not working and it took them another few months to come out and still it does not work. I told them I would not pay them for their services until the generator was working.
