I had a great experience yesterday afternoon, ice cream is great! Everyone was kind and explained the menu and all of the options (there are many). My two children were both happy with Dirt Worms and the girl who made it made sure to ask what color worms they wanted which I just thought was too cute!!
Wait staff was so rude. They were fine at first and the ice cream was great! But we had a toddler and they acted like that was such an inconvenience to have a child in an ice cream shop. We even ate outside because we knew a 2 year old with ice cream would be a mess. But the girl that came out acted so exasperated and gave us a nasty look when she had to wipe the bench where we ate.
We had the milkshakes, they were good
I came here on Thursday night and they were pretty busy. And I went through the drive through, because I had my 3-year-old and my one year old, and they wanted ice cream. We said in the driver, through 30 minutes before even being served and the car in front of me passed the same ice cream cup back-and-forth through the window three different times so I figured that they either had some new employees or something was going on.
