Love this place. Clean, nice servers and best of all great frozen custard. So many things to choose from. My fave is chocolate raspberry. Mmm so good.
Whit's is part of a Best of Jacksonville gift card, along with several other businesses. This location is trying to tell me that it's not part of their system. Just another BS way to screw the consumer. Either you are Whit's or you aren't, don't make the customer play a guessing game. Between this and the inconsistent and overpriced product, this is the last time I'll ever patronize any Whit's.
I usually go here to pick up orders for work spontaneously and today was probably the best experience! SJ (name on receipt) and Zoey were great! I ordered 7 frozen custards and they were done in under 10 minutes! Both helped get the orders to-go so quickly and Zoey helped bring the order to my car! Both very sweet and kind! The frozen custards were perfect and yummy. Didn’t have a single complaint! Recommend wholeheartedly!
