I don't know how I've never been here before. The best frozen custard I've ever had. The portions are huge and prices are reasonable. My kids loved theirs so much. I had the seasonal pumpkin in between 2 sugar cookies. 10/10 🤤🤤 The inside was super clean and customer service was excellent!
I use the Whit's Rewards program and I had a reward on their Whit's app that was expiring in September. Since I still had several days before it expired I thought I would pick up some Ice cream. When I tried to use it, I was informed they no longer honor that rewards program. They now have a new rewards program. I showed her that this one was still valid. She said she would ask her manager. Always delicious! And the staff always has a smile on their faces. I would too with all that custard! Lol.
Changed to five stars again. I think it was just one girl with blonde hair. I haven't seen her again since I posted my last review. Everyone else is so friendly and kind. I've already visited three times this week alone! Love their Whitser, and my doodle loves their doggie sundae.
