Today the second of august, I decided to try Whitts! I've heard very great things about it. As soon as I walked in the cashier, Sammy, seemed to be in a very bad mood. She was moody which made the overall experience very disappointing. The only redeemable thing was my milkshake was very good, the young boy working there seemed to have a good head on his shoulders; compared to the cashier.
Always great service even during a rush. Friendly family environment and always a fun time with the daily and weekly flavors!
Least favorite location (I’ve been to many). - unfriendly impatient young staff. - never have their cookie sandwiches stocked. They are made uneven and messy when they do have some. - toppings aren’t enough and are not mixed all the way through. However.. clean, big location, seating inside and out. Lots of toppings offered. They offer a reward/loyalty system. It’s across the street from Bills.
